Please contact Amazon for any concerns. You can use the “return or replace items” button when viewing your orders.

Digital Products

Please note there are no refunds on any digital products or courses. All sales are FINAL.

Gemstones

  • Please contact us prior to returning goods. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
  • We want you to be happy, so we give you a full 7 days after receipt to examine and return gems!
  • If the gem(s) are returned in original condition we will refund their full purchase price minus shipping charges.
  • Gem(s) must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • A trackable shipping service is recommended. If you are shipping an item over AUD$100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • To return your item(s), first enclose the original package in a new mailer.
